I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aerotek in Apr 2014
Interview
Initial phone interview with the internal recruiter based in California. Then had a face to face interview with 2 account managers. Then the next day had another face to face interview which with two other account managers. And the last day I met with the DBO and sat in the office for half a day. Then all the recruiters met and discussed about if they would like to hire me and I got hired. The interview process I thought was very easy. I was way over prepared. They ask you a lot of really random questions. One example is if a friend was doing something illegal how would you handle that situation. I thought that is completely irrelevant and not professional.
The third round of the interview when you actually are in the office that is also a part of the interview process so don't forget to put on your interview face as you speak with each person there even though they may not be asking you about your professional background and are just trying to get to know you.
All in all I thought it was really easy. Don't be intimidated to get this job just have a good personality and a few stories of times you've succeeded and shown leadership/dealt with situations.

Question 1
if a friend was doing something illegal how would you handle that?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
