Interview
It was an initial in person interview, I was scheduled at 1130 am and the recruiter called my name at exactly 1130am. She was really pleasant and answered all my questions. She seemed really interested with my working experiences and asked me good questions. After the interview, she told me that we will stay in touch and she'll let me know in a couple weeks the result. I find the recruiting timeline kinda vague.

Was there anytime during your stay in your company that you took an initiative over something? what was the result?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
