Two seperate interviews with leadership followed by an offer. It was a relaxed environment and there was no specific industry knowledge tested during the interview. Mainly behavioral based to see if you would be a good fit day to day.

The interviewing Managers didn't know the job well. at first they told me one shift but after meeting the Ops manager i was told there would be a need to change the shift.

Interview
Fair. Overall the hiring process is fair. However, like most other companies, promotions tend to center on whom you know and who wants to see you succeed. This creates an unfair environment that makes very competent people reconsider whether to stay with the company or leave.
