I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek in Jan 2010
Interview
First interview is over the telephone. Second interview is at their office. It is an one-on-one interview and fairly casual. My interviewer asked me about my experiences and job history. He then opened up the conversation for discussion. I asked a lot of questions about the training process--because you need to know information about technology in order to properly place a person into a position. I went on to ask questions about why he liked working there and if he could see himself working there for the rest of his career. The third interview was a half day interview with a couple different people. We went out to lunch. Within two weeks they made me an offer
Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.
