Honestly, I find the recruiters at Aerotek very young and inexperienced. My first impression is that they are just trying to meet a quota of candidate calls and move on. Also, I had one experience when I placed a follow up call to my recruiter, I found out he had left the company. I spoke with the receptionist, who took my all of my information again, and she promised the replacement recruiter would contact me. This never happened, even though I called twice more and left a voicemail asking someone to contact me.
