Interview
You have a phone interview with the internal recruiter. Then they bring you in for a face to face interview with two people. Usually the DBO and account manager or two account managers. This depends on the office and time of day I assume. If they like you after your first face to face interview then they will bring you in for a half day shadow where you look at how the operation is run. You do one last face to face interview with to account managers right after the shadow and you get an offer.

What was your most difficult challenge and how did you overcome that?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
