Me contacto una consultora, y tuve la entrevista con consultora
1 entrevista con recursos humanos. Luego envían el CV al área donde ingresa la persona y hay una entrevista con el jefe de area
Their process included 4 interviews all in all. I totally felt comfortable until I got the last interview. The lady made me feel as if I was on trial, and it really made me uneasy. I’m determining if the company is a fit as the same as they are. In all honesty, it would not been a great culture fit for me.
