Interview
The interview was an online assessment day process and it comprised of three parts. A group role play exercise, an individual role play exercise, an individual behavioural interview and lastly a technical interview with the hiring manager of the position.
Standard tech interview with line manager focussing on past experience, description of the job, expectations, objectives and challenges associated plus + HR follow up interview to assess fit with existing team.

Interview
Easy interview not many technical questions. Main questions are related to modal analysis and other basic FEA modeling and analysis topics. If one understands the basics the it should be easy.
