The first call was with recruitment, then an additional two interviews with the lead PM, the second of which involves presenting a task. All interviews were remote as the team is split between Manchester and London.

Starting with a screening call - Tell me about yourself and a bit about your experience. Which is your favourite product and why? What new feature do you think you'd add to airtime? (keep the answers short and not too technical as its only a screening round) For tech round - What have you done in your previous role, How would you collaborate with Design, development teams, What would you do if a feature you rolled out did not perform well, how do you collect and analyse data to make decisions. Last is the presentation round where they usually give you a task for eg: suggest features to improve user engagement.
