      Member Experience Agent Interview

      1 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Manchester, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Airtime (Manchester, England) in Aug 2025

      Interview

I had a first stage interview remotely which was focused around competency based questions then a second stage face to face in Manchester which was focused on how I would react in certain scenarios. I felt that both interviews went very well and I felt confident about getting the job. I received an email today saying that they were really impressed with my experience and skills but decided to move forward with another candidate who was a closer fit for the specific team dynamic. I'm left baffled and confused as to what that means, it's so vague. I emailed to ask for more information but I feel as if I know they won't give me the real reason which is honestly disgusting behaviour considering how much prep I did for this role. How does one improve on "team dynamic"? You can't. Fast forward almost a week later and I have still received no response. It's funny because they were very responsive during the process when they potentially wanted to hire me but when they decided they didn't, I get nothing but radio silence.
