Interview
There were Total 5 rounds. 1st & 2nd was with the recruiter, 3rd round was taken by the DBO(Director Board of Operations). Now 2 days of shadowing process with different groups. 4th round taken by another DBO. Final 5th round was taken by The Head HR.

Structured two stage interview process, with final stage with divisional director. The interview ended with being 'sold out', which was a test of resilience to see how quickly you pushed back.

1st round video call, followed by an on-site half day with team and managers. Very streamlined process. Go through motivations, business process, and see how the job is done on half-day
It was a wonderful experience. Got to know a lot of things. But i wasn't selected. The panel was good. It wasn't so difficult. The questions were ok ok kind
