Interview
This interview was through campus placements. Recruitment Process was 3 levels.
First was Group discussion, a random current trending topic. Second was being a cold observer in telephonic calls. Then final one was HR round where attitude and behaviour was tested.
Structured two stage interview process, with final stage with divisional director. The interview ended with being 'sold out', which was a test of resilience to see how quickly you pushed back.

Interview
1st round video call, followed by an on-site half day with team and managers. Very streamlined process. Go through motivations, business process, and see how the job is done on half-day
It was a wonderful experience. Got to know a lot of things. But i wasn't selected. The panel was good. It wasn't so difficult. The questions were ok ok kind
