I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Miami, FL) in Sept 2014
Interview
Applied and received a call a week later for an in person interview. Met with recruiter interview went well..very easy and laid back..met with account manger for another interview..discussed post and working hours and days..came back for orientation after background came back clear..received uniform after drug test came back clear.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
