They have you coming an online interview and an hour later they call and try to get you scheduled. Super easy you just have to make it sound good. They also drug test.

It was super laid back yet professional. I distincly remember the question, "Tell me 10 ways that you would use a pencil."
Overall, it was fun, laid back and professional.
