I applied online. I interviewed at Ally Financial in Apr 2022
Interview
First assessment, then video interview simulated and then one with a real person, overall fast though and went smoothly. It’s all very easy the questions aren’t too bad. The questions are situational so think of stories of what happened

Question 1
A lot of situational questions to think of stories that happened
It was lengthy, pretty simple. I thought I was doing well but I guess not. No follow up from an actual person. Got a rejection email after following up on the interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ally Financial (Jacksonville, FL) in Sept 2019
Interview
The process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment shortly thereafter. The questionnaire covers work habits, along with psychological/personality inquiries. If successful, the candidate submits to a video interview from home. If selected, the recruiter will then follow up with the candidate for an in-person interview.
I advanced to the in-person interview stage; however, certain events led me to believe Ally actively practices age discrimination. During the interview with two of the managers, I was asked “Don’t you feel you’re overqualified?” Being mid-forties, this was not my first time being asked this exact question, and am fully aware what it implies. The two interviewers also left me alone in a small conference room for approximately 30 minutes, Although my skill-set and answers aligned with Ally’s job requirements, I was treated with open hostility and received a decline letter about three weeks later,
