Interview stage is an initial video interview with hr which is quite relaxed, then a case study interview where you have to find experts, then a interview with the vp.

Started with a brief phone call to assess your understanding of the company and talk a little bit about yourself. If successful, you move on to a video call with another recruiter which lasts a bit longer and again assesses your knowledge and understanding of the companies operations and of the role as well as why you might be a good fit. Making sure you answer how you fit the values is critical here, as well as how AlphaSights fits your career goals and why you would want to stay at the company. The final stage, if successful at the previous rounds, involves a two hour video call split into two one-hour sessions. The first involves a practical of finding experts on the Internet and recruitment sights. The second half is a final interview.
