Had an initial screening with a HR recruiter, then had to prepare a case and present it in the next interview, and lastly the last one was a behavioral interview.

- Case: sourcing experts for the music industry. Walked through my answers together and then gave me another case to do at the interview.

Interview
There are three rounds, the first being a phone screening to make sure you're personable for clients. After that it becomes a bit more technical and they'll ask more specific questions.

Interview
I applied to AlphaSights after attending a connect day which gave me a much better idea of what the firm does (connecting clients (Strategy Consultancies, Hedge funds, Private Equity Firms etc) with industry information (through people with business expertise, former C-suite Executives, Managers, Vice Presidents etc).
My first round interview was a walk through of my resume and what skills I could bring to the job with a recruiting manager.
My second round was a presentation with a PowerPoint that I created after they emailed me a case. This interview was with two associates where I had to walk them through my conclusions and talk about my research process.

What other types of people do you think our client would want to talk to?
this caught me a bit off guard because I focused on C-Suite executives from the company/ competitors in question and did not really look at the customer side of the market (the retailers).
