I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was very impressed by AlphaSights when they came to my university for an insight evening. All staff were enthusiastic, helpful and insightful and they encouraged me to apply. I further attended an Insight Day at the office in London and got on well with the employees. I applied online and got round to the video interview stage but was extremely disappointed to hear that they were not progressing my application any further on the grounds that they they didn't feel like they knew me well enough based purely on the video.

Question 1
What attracts you to AlphaSights? What other companies have you applied to? Where do you see your career progressing?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
