Invited to interview in London HQ after applying online. Arrived to find it was more of an introductory chat than a full interview. Very helpful explanation of what exactly the company does, with some competency and work based questions also

What was the most challenging thing you had to do?
30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
