I applied through university. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
Video recorded interview--asked pre-recorded questions, you had 1 minute to respond and 15 seconds to prepare an answer. Straightforward questions, but only a short amount of time to answer so it is stressful.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
