The interview process was pretty harmless, beginning with the video questions and then moving onto a face-to-face video interview if chosen. The video questions themselves have all been posted here more or less and even if it seems awkward talking into a camera without an audience, it's not too bad. Everyone I'm sure is a little awkward so there's no need to worry about tripping up at the beginning or pauses.
The face-to-face interview was a little more nerve wracking, although it's also not too bad. They typically last around 45 minutes, but it's not uncommon to end earlier apparently. The questions are more to get to know you and to see if you've done your research on the company itself, so make sure you are prepared for that. In particular, the BREAD process is something that should be thought about before going into the interview.
