Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
You first have to record a short video of yourself answering some questions through a website. After you go through the documentation process and video recording, you will get to have a chance to have a video interview with a HR representative. Throughout the interview, the HR representative seemed to be quite in a rush that they constantly made interruptions or moved on while you are trying to answer the questions.

How is AlphaSights different from its competitors?
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

Interview
The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
