Interview
The process was very confusing. They flew you out but only offered you a small amount of $$ to get there and then once you made the trek out there they only interviewed you for 2 hours and you were only able to meet 2 people.

Question 1
Case study portion:
I was given 3 options and had to pick two of the three. I was given a difficult question in an industry and then had to research on a computer and pick individuals in each industry that were best fit to reach out to in order to get questions answered.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
