Interview
Initial application was simple, filling out an online CV. If this meets their requirements you're invited to do an online interview and 4 written answers. The interview only lasts around 4 minutes, you're speaking to yourself essentially which felt a little bit strange. 3 questions were asked, they were relatively simple, what do alpha sites do? what makes you suitable? where else have you applied? Rehearse before though, as you only have 60 seconds to answer each question, with 30 seconds prep time.

Smooth process, first phone calls then zoom interview everyone was very nice and explained 1 person and then 2 people next round was very easy and comfortable would reccomend applying and seeing how you feel

Had the first round interview with the HR, where they asked me questions about my background and how it translates for the role. They also asked me questions about my understanding of the company

What was the most challenging thing you had to do?
30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
