I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.
Only made it to the video process so far. It was a little strange recording your answers, especially when the answer did not take as long as the time given. It was my first time interviewing like this, which is probably why I found it hard to access how it went. Hoping to hear back from them soon
There are 4 written questions: pretty standard--what are you passionate about (outside academics/ professional interests) etc. Then there were 4 video questions: What does AlphaSights do, how to measure success and couple of questions regarding what ur future plans are and how alphasights would help.
I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
