First round was a recorded interview, it was fairly easy. Second round was a HR screening, she seemed like she was not into it at all but went pretty smoothly. 3rd and 4th rounds were back to back case interview and a role play. Case interview was super easy, and the interviewer was very friendly. Make sure you know how to breakdown a value chain and make sure you can bs your way through all the explanations. I messed up at the role play round, as I am very bad at rate negotiation. The lady who did the role play with me was super condescending and wanted to get done with it, which didnt motivate me at all. Overall, easy process, but make sure you research the company well enough. I failed at the role play, but as far as I know, if you pass that round, you have a final interview with a upper level employee.
