I first spoke with someone in their HR department, then a client services manager, then someone higher up within client services management. The HR person and the first manager talked up culture a lot and how they are different, while the latter seemed disinterested in talking to me at all, was clearly occupied during the call, and gave really half-hearted answers to my questions. It seemed like he'd already made his mind up after looking at my LinkedIn profile, which was odd considering that their HR department had originally reached out to me after seeing my LinkedIn profile.
