I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I had a phone call with a recruiter who asked me basic fit and behavior questions, such as why I want to work there. I got the second round which is a self-recorded video interview with pre-programmed questions to which you get about 30-60 seconds to answer.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
