Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview is generally good. It consists three components: a business case, a mock phone call, and several situational judgment questions. The interviewer was kind and the vibe was great. The interviewer would walk interviewees through the business case.

The interview showed a brief from a client and interviewees were asked to identify a suitable expert that can satisfy the client's business needs.
The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
