15 minute telephone screening, 1st stage interview around 30-45 minutes, 2nd stage case study with material given beforehand then on the spot case to see how you think then mock phone call, 3rd stage interview with VP.
why client services, why did you do this degree, tell me about yourself, give a time where you had to show leadership, a time where you went above and beyond for a client, what makes alphasights different from its competitors
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
