Interview
There are five rounds of interview and I am working on the 4th one. First, apply online. Second, a video assessment and a personality test. 5 seconds to think about it and 60 seconds to answer the questions. Third, Skype interview, behavioral based. The HR was quite friendly and it gradually turned into a relaxed conversation that you can really be yourself. The HR gave me a deeper understanding on what does the company do and also asked me some questions about what would I do to deal with some situations. Fourth, a case study with HR and team leaders. I am working on this one and hope I can pass. Fifth, a face-to-face interview with a senior from the company.
I would say for the first three rounds, make sure you dig out all your experiences and achievements and fully understand what you have gained from them. When you answer the questions, please do remember to think fast and talk fluently. Spend more time to know about the company and the role you applied for, understand what they do. Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Interview
It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
