No Interview, all that was needed was a background check and verification of your drivers license. Very easy process that shouldn't be a problem unless you have a history that would be troubling.
It was an easy process one interview there were no a lot of questions it was mainly asking about my available and the hours and filling out papers. It took longer to drive than the interview
The process was easy even though you may be put on a wait list for a certain amount of time. It's easy to get into though. Just about anyone can get in if you have a license.

Interview
Online questionnaire that asks a wide variety of questions ranging from personal to handling scenarios, asking what the appropriate response would be in different cases. Aside from that there was no other interview.
