The process was efficient and timely. The recruiters were informative and available for any questions. The "loop" process is comprehensive and fair. With the proper preparation, the questions and topics are relevant to the job and expectations.

The first two stages were okay, I think the last stage of 4 rounds (45 minutes) long panel interview about the Amazon Leadership Principles is the toughest of all rounds. I was lucky that this round I got a TA from Hong Kong and she actually took 45 mins to went thru the interview processes with me and prep me well.

Interviews were challenging, and behavioral based,. There were multiple rounds - important to prepare in advance. Best to space the interviews out, and not to do more than 1 interview a day.

There’s a phone screen and then a loop with about five interviews. It’s based on the star method where you need to answer situational questions that are tied to leadership principles.
