I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
I interviewed at the world's top 5 tech companies during the same time period. This was the only interview process that completely turned me off the company. It was a ring-robin kind of interview style and the interviewers were more interested in making sure they managed to write up their answers correctly in the STAR method than actually listening to a word that I said. It felt unnatural and old-fashioned. I dropped out of the process at the halfway mark... Not impressed.

Question 1
all the typical sales interview questions. but they care more about how you answer the questions rather than your actual answer. so odd.

Interview
Not hard, Mostly Leadership Principles. However, it really depends on the interviewer. I am not sure about others, but mine is very specific on my sales experience and asked about the deal size.

Didn't get asked anything i was told to prepare for - prepared examples of leadership principles and i was asked general 'what would i do with critical information' - not really related to any particular leadership principle
