The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Paris)
Interview
Very pre-formatted and long, painful interview phase where you have to show them if you fit into their STAR format, to prepare yourself for days to answer 6 questions and you have to know everything. After a good interview, negative feedback without explanation. I will no longer apply any position again.

AWS hiring methodology including pre-screening from HR and hiring manager, writing assessment, and loop interviews done remotely. Interviewers are focusing on two or three Amazon leadership principles. Looked like they had to 'tick mark' the toics in their system.
