After applying for the position, recruiting team reached out to coordinate a behavioral skills assessment. The assessment is timed and is mostly scenario based questions, which may or may not vary depending on the type of role. The recruiter will reach out after they see your passing score and will then schedule an interview with the hiring manager.

I passed my phone screen and I am prepping for Loop round. They asked 3 questions in total. It was a good experience. I would say focus on two things - very specific answer with metrics and be ready for followup questions.
