It was a 5 hours loop interview with one hour break in between the 3rd and 4th interview. The interviewers are the hiring manager, one senior member of the team, one senior member of the organization (who has the right to veto the decision) and one AWS employee from a completely different team. All the questions are based on the stories you can create with your part experiences. Each story must relate to at least one of the Leadership Principles of Amazon. The stories must be formed in the STAR format. When was the last time that you sacrificed a long term value to complete a short term task?

The interview process was well-organized and professional. Each interviewer ensured there was ample opportunity to understand the team's current projects and future initiatives. They were approachable and thorough, making the experience both insightful and engaging.
