I had a video call with a senior legal counsel from the region. Interview was a mixture of gauging competency and working knowledge of contract/deal lifecycle management and behavioral assessment where interviewer will drill into your responses to their questions

Based on leadership principles as outlined on the website. Phone screen with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager and then loop with several persons. Recommend you vigorously prepare examples on the leadership principles with no repeats

Thorough and collaborative. You meet people from outside your team and it provides a big picture experience of work culture and responsibilities. Whilst it is a little long, you are given the opportunity to fully grasp the expectations of the role and if it is a good fit.
