Recruiting process is very long (>5 interviews) but it is well structured. Highly competent interviewers and the questions were correctly related to the job. It is an English speaking environment only.
The interview process was extremely long and tedious, involving multiple rounds with many repetitive questions. While the interviewers were professional, the overall process felt unnecessarily prolonged and could be streamlined to improve the candidate experience.

2-3 LOOP interviews with team members & Hiring manager. Leadership principles and Behavioural interviews.Typical challenging interview process with AWS requires deep networking knowledge. one of the interviewers had a lot of probing questions .
