Interview was fast but the questions were very difficult as they were based on examples and I had limited time to think of all my past experiences. I got the offer after a month from the first interview.
Mostly situation based questions were asked that requires one to answer in the STAR format. The interviewers were friendly and breaks were offered between sessions. Do thorough research on the Amazon leadership principles and prepare atleast 3 examples from your experience for each LP.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to display that you are customer obsessed
Very lengthy process. It took almost all day with 4 or 5 interviewers. In a way it is good that it is all happening within the same day, however it is also draining and some questions are asked repeatedly by different interviewers.
