It was good as it started with assignment and 2 recorded audio 1st round 2nd round As full interview process was amazing after interview I waited around 1 day for confirmation.

Very average not to difficult to clear .just basic English and fluency required . Introduction needs to be covered with minor sale knowledge. They teach you everything hence no need to worry

My understanding about this company reference the interview: * unprofessional ( you get interviewed by a person who will be your colleague in the same department if you join) * do not value time ( interviews keep getting postponed with last minute or no notice) * no HR team ( no one from the HR contacted me. Infact one employee mentioned that only recently their hired one, and this person will take time to learn the process first). * have no thorough knowledge of their own company website ( I questioned both employees about something written on their website) * high attrition rate * incentives are seasonal as university admissions don't happen every month (got to know this from the online interview) * you cannot voice your opinion or give feedbacks * growth can be a hindrance if you are looking to only work from home. (You will have to shift to pune if you get promoted to the Sales Manager position. You will need to report to their Pune office 6 days a week). 2hat actually happened: After submitting my CV I received an email from them stating someone from their HR team will contact me for the next round in 2 or 3 working days. Since this didn't happen, I sent them a reminder. The next morning I get an email from them telling me to complete a written and an audio / video assignment. The written assignment is about a scenario to check your writing skills. The audio / video assignment is to talk about yourself for 2-3 minutes. After submitting these within the 48 hrs time limit, I received a call from another Sales Associate working with them. This person asked me a few questions and answered few of my questions. An online interview was then fixed with the HR team by this person. On the online interview day, I get an email few hours before the Google meet time stating the interview has got postponed. I had changed my entire schedule because of this. On the next online interview date, the interviewer is unavailable again. So I get in touch with the Sales Associate who had arranged it in the first place. I was then asked to try checking after 10 mins. I sent the Google meet 'Join Request' 3 times that day only to be told that the person is busy. Since my time was wasted I was angry. I called the Sales Associate and told him / her that this is not right. He / she then had the audacity to tell me that unplanned things keep coming up in their organization so I should wait patiently. After the call was over, this same person called and arranged my online interview in few minutes the same day. The interviewer was not from the HR team but another Sales Associate. And he / she apologized at the beginning of the call for the delay. He / she said they have been unwell since few days. ( Looks like the company has less employees, no HR team, and unwell employees are forced to work). The interview went fine. However, I still received a rejection email the next day. Good in way as it made things easier for me. I did check few reviews left about this company on Glassdoor. Would like to mention the information I received after raising those questions. Please note: There is no contract to be signed. And You get your full salary during the training period. And They have a UK and US shift. You can choose the one you want. Though salary is fixed you can still try and negotiate.
