      Flight Attendant Interview

      29 Mar 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Fort Worth, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2016

      Interview

1- Applied online 2- Receive an email to do a video interview in 5 days with 6 question recorded and 3 minutes to answer (dress very professionally). MOST questions are on here so make sure to review. 3- Received a call scheduling a flight to Dallas 4- Group interview schedule flight to Forth Worth - TX 5- Call them when you arrive to check where you get a van that will take you to Group interview 6- They take you to the room with around 6 tables and 8 chairs, so they start calling names and ask your ID, passport expiration date, resume and letter of recommendation if you have it. While your waiting at the table your given a piece of paper to rank things in order of importance 1-5 and write a short summary. 7- After that they do an ice breaker going around the room saying your name and where you are from. 8- They call around 10 people to go to another room with 10 chairs. 9- This is where they will ask you the 3 questions just relax 10- Then you go back to the main room and they ask you if anyone has more questions and they start to call one by one by name. 11- This is where it may end for some. They unfortunately get walked out. The lucky ones will get drug tested, do a reach test, jumpseat test, get fingerprint and do the final 1 on 1 interview you. 12- I got the offer on the spot not sure how it works for everyone considering everything I read on here. **Ps just relax enjoy the experience & if you really want it study everything on glassdoor but be yourself as well** GOOD LUCK ALL!
