I had one interview scheduled through my university's career center. I sent my resume and cover letter, and about a week later, after the submission deadline ended, my request for an interview was accepted. The interviewer was not an HR person like I thought, but the actual head of the department recruiting. She was very nice and friendly, tried to make the process as relaxed as possible, like a conversation. The interview consisted of a walk through my resume first, then a few behavioral questions, and then business cases related to the airline industry, and a more general one. She then said that if I made it to the next step, I would be emailed a case question I had to solve relatively quick and email back, then the next, and I guess last, step would be an interview at the AA headquarters.
