Interview
First an phone interview then if advance to next step have to take a city code test upon passing that an Face to Face interview is conducted. Face to Face interview was an group interview with other candidates and two American Airline Employers. Interview was a great overall.

Interview
Fairly different separated into groups of 7 and went into different a rooms and interviewed in group setting going down the line answering same question. They take a while to get back to you when you apply online. They give you a time for the interview after the interview process they give you a month to study the airport codes then you have to take a test. If you pass you stay if not your fired.

Interview
Submitted application online. Received call from HR. They asked me some basic questions about my equipment. Asked me to come in for an interview.
Arrived and a large group of about 60 was waiting.j We were broken down into groups of about 8.
Asked to fill out paperwork inquiring about the position applied for, etc. Panel interviews with about 6 other applicants interviewed panel style by 4 various AA HR and supervisors. Basic questions were asked - we raised our hands to answer. It was good to be among the first to volunteer answers. Professional atmosphere. It was somewhat competitive but friendly.
From there we were winnowed down into those selected during the panel interviews.
Then taken to watch a film about the company. Then were told about the Home Based Representative program. We were asked to fill out contact information, and would be hearing from HR with an offer.
Was called within 1 day with an offer for employment.
