Question 1
What is your definition of customer service? What would you do to prepare for bad weather conditions at work? Why do you want to work for American Airlines? After you had closed your cash register and were on your way out of work, you see a customer approaching the desk for help with lost luggage. Do you go back to help them? Tell us about a past experience where you faced a challenge at work and how you dealt with it. Do you take criticism well?
In person, they gave a presentation, then they make sure you’re fine with the pay and job duties, but then to my surprise they didn’t ask many situational questions, only 3, so it wasn’t too hard.

The interview was a 5-10 minute presentation, and then they broke us into groups. They first ask operational questions like, can you work weekends, nights, holidays, etc.? " Then, they only ask 3 questions. I got the offer, and we did the onboarding. If you are clean and you move fast on your pre-hire process, your clearances should come in 3-4 days.
