I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
It was first interview round with two people. They asked about the data visualization question and behavioral questions. They showed one image we have to explain. Why do you want join in the company. How do you handle team.
Applied online on American's website. Responded a week later to set up a 30-minute phone interview. A week after that, I received an email from someone in HR to coordinate a trip to Fort Worth for a 2 and half hour interview containing. Ended up meeting with 7 people, each session were pretty similar. A mix of behavioral and technical, with the technical focusing on your knowledge of the industry and network planning in general. Lots of hypotheticals as well.
In all, it was a good experience but at times I felt it was very unorganized. Never met with anyone from HR and kindof just showed up to interview and then left. Never really felt like the team was on the same page through the process. I also didn't hear back about if I was selected or not till a whole month later.
