Applied online, did the assessment days later. Had a virtual interview with two people then was invited on-site for two 45min back to back in person interviews. 1st interview was with two managers (a mix of behavioral questions and a case study) but was told I wasn’t moved to the second interview due to my answers not being “analytical enough”.

Tell us about a time when you couldn’t meet a deadline.
I got referral for the revenue management market analyst position. I was able to do first round of interview that was virtual. I got invited to second round of interview that is in-person.
After successfully applying through an employee referral at American Airlines, I am thrilled to have secured a virtual interview, which is scheduled to last for approximately forty-five minutes in total.
