I applied online, a few days later I received an email to complete a video interview. I was nervous but I really prepared by looking at all the reviews. I found most of the questions here. This is a great resource. I looked very professional and practiced my responses. Remember to breathe and try to relax. I also remembered to smile and look at the camera not myself.
