I went on the 17th of March. It was detailed like many others had mentioned. It was a group setting of about 35 people. We did a group activity where we had to name 3 things we all had in common and then name something about ourselves and then we had to guess "Who's who." Then we take a break then after the break we get picked simultaneously for our group interview, they ask questions like tell you about yourself and what made you want to be a flight attendant? Then they ask you another question in order then after that question you pick a random question and answer that one. After this break you go back into the room, they call you one by one. They say if you get called and fingerprinted ti should lead to an individual interview and an invitation for training. If you do not then you probably won't be invited back. Look at other reviews for your attire because I do think they are looking for a certain look. Also smile as much as possible and try and socialize. I don't know why I wasn't picked, but then again many don't the first time. If it is something you want then go for it guess.
