Interview
It was a group interview, which I was not expecting. We listened to about 30 minutes of info about the company, filled out a questionnaire, and got a chance to introduce ourselves. We were told we would get called for a 2nd, one on one, interview if they were interested in us. I got the one on one interview, and the man interviewing me was 45 minutes late because his "meeting ran over".
The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Interview
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
